Restored. There was a bit of modding on the fly taking place as people either bickering or running down the future of the profession was not really helpful or in the spirit of the thread.


Good luck Josh. Best piece of advice I ever got was from an indulgent RAF Careers Officer when I was 12 and my Dad took me in to see them. It was: Join The Air Cadets.

I did that, enjoyed it, did well and that easily (and cheaply) launched my professional flying career though sadly not to the RAF's benefit (well maybe so - actually ) anway, the important thing is that at a young age you have a lofty but attainable goal. From that flows much which will be good in your life.
