Having followed this thread since it first started, I was just wondering if any of the guys originally selected for courses in November have been told, for definite, that they are in a 'holding pool', or is this a self-imposed term? The latest that I have heard is that no decision has been made as to the status of those originally selected. Is there any insight from those of you already with the company?
