Be very careful here. There is a case going to appeal as we speak that may change the interpretation of IR20. At the present time, it looks like you will be liable to UK taxation if you have a UK contract or work for a UK based airline. Obviously, under dual taxation agreements you will be able to offset one tax against the other.
