i am a wannabe SO with CX I say so without any remorse for myself. i hapen to have 1200hrs frozen ATPL , and if ever i do get in CX i know the learning curve is going to be huge, but its the duty of the far more experienced capts. to impart that knowledge
to "wannabes".
