The lawsuit against Rotorcraft seems just, they dropped the ball in their flight following... even if the pilot never once reported his position.
But a lawsuit against Bell? Gimme a break. Had the pilot run out of fuel, would that be Bell's fault too because they didn't install a bigger tank? While she's at it, why not sue the parents of the pilot for bringing a person into the world who was largely responsible for the death of her son.
