I really must be a little more careful in what I write! Manufacturing is back in recession in UK. That was well publicised at the end of July this year. I think I am correct in saying that the Governor of the BoE has acknowledged that fact as well. I also remember that there was a question at PMQs and the fact was also acknowledged.
