don't get carried away thinking the ME is paved with gold. It's yellow but it's called sand. The local populus is now becoming quite adept at fixin' as well as flying. There's a push for 'nationalisation' & less reliance on expats. The money is basically same as UK minus tax. Most employers either give accomodation or allowances so you can rent your own home & get someone else to pay mortgage.
Be prepared to be treated as a hired hand (slave) & temps in the +40C in summer.
Apart from that.......register with as many agencies as poss & hope to see you on the beach.......
