I would imagine that they will increase management numbers
to look at how they can cut pilot and engineer numbers,
in turn saving the required £xxmillion immediately and the £xxxmillion over the next year.
It's all very well saying lets have a immediate salary freeze, but to expand management positions just doesn't make sense.
Let's hope people stay employed but on a fair basis.
