Not quite as simple as some may believe. Cash flow alone may not provide an absolute indicator of solvency. You can bet that
VB's legal advisers will be right across (one hopes) the issues involved. The lack of any substantive advice to the ASX would indicate that the company is still trading within the definition of solvency.
I just can't imagine them doing anything that was not legal. The punitive provisions are significant, both on the part of the corporate entity and individual directors.
