Since when has a helicopter operator ever been concerned about "Turn Over" rates?
Air Log under the South Louisiana mafia was
not worried when their GOM turn over reached
30% per annum (with a couple a year being written off along with the helicopters they smashed up) until someone in Houston compared it with the rest of the world. The SL mafia did put some flatscreen TVs in the trailers rather than jack up the pay. Bet that would work just as well at ACN
Creeping the thread I was rather taken aback to see who is leading a discussion at Heli-Expo on the "Industry Outreach to Students Mentoring Program".
Want to ask a top helicopter company official what he/she is looking for in a pilot, maintenance technician, engineer, administrative personnel or an entry-level management candidate? This is the venue to get the answers! Sunday, February 22 , 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Convention Center, Room 303D
I will probably turn-up for a chuckle.
