VB wants to sign the poor T's & C's at VA so from a company perspective...let's wait until we say to crew "you're being made redundant unless you can move to VA or take a pay cut as a E-JET FO" - of course it will force people to succumb to one or the other. I'm not saying it's a good thing, it sucks as$!! But unfortunately, I think it's going to happen.
