QR web site mention the total salary for F/O and CPT...
Substact 10.000 QR (f/O) and 12.000 (CPT),if you take company the accomodation.(not sure if you still have the choice).
-3% increase only on the basic /year BUT UP TO 4 years seniority in your respective grade...!!(something i can't really understand!)
-No bonus-No pension.
-End of service "benefit": 3 weeks of your monthly basic/year up to 5 years.
More than 5 years in company: 4 weeks of the monthly basic/year.
