2 months to add C-152 rating

I remember when I was trying to add a C-152 rating in my SPL.

I asked the guy at the counter and he gave my SPL to a clerk. Then the clerk said.. "Bwisit mga estudyante na yan.. Sabihin mo.. 2 buwan balikan!!!"

Tsk tsk.. Poor Philippine Aviation.
