When the BRS base is expanded at the beginning of July timings suggest that the daily BRS-SNN route will be operated by a BRS-based aircraft. Historically and until the end of June it has been and will continue to be be worked by a SNN-based aircraft.
Is there any indication what work, if any, the freed up aircraft will be given for the rest of the summer?
I think Shannon is to lose another aircraft from the start of July as part of the phased reduction from 6 aircraft at present to 2 by the start of the Winter season. The switching from a Shannon based aircraft to a Bristol one is to enable this. Also 2 of the 3 Shannon-Stansted rotations are to switch from a Shannon based aircraft to a Stansted aircraft from the start of July.
