i'm currently just having a quick check over some distances between cities (mainly between London and else where, but thats just based on my normal reference point) wanted to check would the answers to any questions that came up like this be in miles or nautical miles? Thought i'd double check.
In my test, distances between London and elsewhere were in statute miles (miles), however some of the DST questions were either statute, nautic miles, Even when asking cruising speed of aircraft, in one question, the correct answer was the speed in ground miles per hour.

google earth is a good reference point for distances..
good luck
