Flew on yesterday's 1355 to LCY. The ATR72 was comfortable, the crew were attentive, the free sandwiches from Jaimes Kitchen and free tea were very good and my bag was in the hold for free. And it arrived on the carousel after about a five minute wait. All in all good service and good value.
Load was just under 50%.
