Sorry guys but I think some answers on here are rubbish.
Flybe do not discriminate against modular students so long as you meet the criteria they ask for. It makes no difference but you must meet the minimum requirements.
Flight instructors are just as welcome always have been always will be.
Minimum requirements usually a CPL/IR which must be current, also require 50 hrs flying in the last 12 months. With that in mind a FI rating might just help.
Flybe have some low hours guys on courses at the moment but I stress these are low numbers ones and twos at most. Many if not are from the Flybe mentored schemes.
As for the hold pool see some of my previous posts. I guess by the time the last E145 pilots are rated to the Dash mid summer, I think Flybe will look at the requirements. Expect some hold pool movement Sept onwards DECs may go first or guys with hrs.
