In case you haven't noticed, the airlines are in crisis worldwide. Sure, you don't like it at QR but give someone else a chance to form an opinion before you make such a sweeping statement. Plus, you don't know his/her situation - it could be far worse than what you can find at QR.
QR probably isn't the best employer based on what we read here but it probably isn't the worst either. You can get some valuable experience (job and life experience) while the industry corrects itself elsewhere. If you are previously a Boeing driver and you get placed in the 777 at QR, you might end up getting some great experience that could be valued elsewhere down the line... You never know.
