Croydon was a separate airfield, located in er.. Croydon.
Most were named after the nearest village.
Aberdeen - Dyce
Edinburgh - Turnhouse
Newcastle - Woolsington
E.Midlands - Castle Donington (Derby - Burnaston before that)
Birmingham - Elmdon
Coventry - Baginton
Bristol - Lulsgate
Cardiff - Rhoose
