out of the recent intake for FO's, the split has been either low houred integrated straight from school (oxford and jerez seem popular) or guys with good twin commercial experience (typically over 500hours twin turbine). they tend not to recruit 200 hour modular guys or ex instructors. this isn't a flybe fact, it's just my observation. take it or leave it
