Many times actually diverted to Malaga, and sometimes after a diversion to Tangiers.
On landing at Malaga, it is a free house, a bus or two to Gibraltar, one along the coast.
On the Gibraltar bus free to disembark, (hand bags only) at any time, or just for the Spanish, grab a cab at Malaga.
NO off load in Tangiers.
