You are still missing the point
Rainboe, the A380 is
NOT the B747 replacement and no one is suggesting that a forty year old aircraft is a contender. The A380 is in a class of it's own, a much smaller class than Airbus ever imagined too! For the few remaining long haul carriers a few A380s for specific routes, (Australia etc) but the bulk of those carriers fleets will be the big twins. Honest!
