A few years ago GF's F class was the best value in the region for service and product both hard and soft relative to price paid. They have let that deteriorate, let alone their rude and disrespectful treatment of their most
loyal of pax - hence my 'constructive criticism'.
There are a few
really great and professional people at GF, however, it's clear they are drowining in overwhelming incompetence as well as swimming against the tide.
I agree with the parliment..why has nothing changed in 2 years??
I would have gladly remained loyal to GF but guys it takes two to tango something GF clearly disregards. Anyway I have voted with my feet and wallet.
