Seems they did lock up the son, he's charged with fraud relating to the alleged passing candidates on their flight tests after recieving a bribe to do so. I wonder if the charges of manslaughter will follow if they prove that the licence for the Nigerian chap that killed his countryman and the unfortnate young lady was fraudulent?
The question does arise though; did the son do this on his own account or did dad tell him to do so and now son is taking the fall as t's his name on the forms? Anyone who knows S.V also knows he doesn't do a thing without daddy's consent/input/knowlege.
Congrats CAA and SAP for actually taking strong action and holding someone accountable
