, no idea which industry your īfriendsī are involved in, but I doubt itīs serious civil aviation.
Speaking from extensive experience, our UK ground crews are friendly, efficient, pro-active and very professional. Their work ethic is high, and unlike what happens at many continental European stations, UK ground staff will often go the extra mile.
Think having things ready and set up, saving time & effort for cockpit and cabin crew, giving crews time for a quick bite or a cuppa while the cleaners do their thing.
Resulting in happier crews and faster turn-arounds.
