Approach Lighting
..just another observation, when you look at the new replacement lights that have been put up on the approach, they are a lot smaller than the old lights, perhaps even these ultra efficient LED lights ? If the approach is not being uprated to CAT II/III why then do you need a new electrical substation to feed smaller more efficient lights ? what was wrong with the old supply ? just seems a waste of money to me on an airport with declining usage.
