Over the fence at KA we are fully aware that, ultimately, we will be 'doing what we are told' but what we find just a little amusing is that with CX's history of divide and conquer the CX fellas may not like where that takes us. Did I read 9 different pay scales? Hence the need for the AOA/DPA to present a mutually accepted and sensible merged seniority system before one is imposed upon us that not only divides us all bitterly but in the process castrates our collective bargaining ability. We are all on the same team aren't we?
