DO NOT CONFUSE 1TIME AIRLINE WITH AIRTIME AIRLINE
Johannesburg, 29 January 2009:-

A national news report on Radio Sonder Grense radio station today has caused some concern amongst the flying public. The station has correctly reported that the Department of Transport has warned the public that the company, AIRTIME airline, is unlawfully advertising their commencement of service as from 30 January 2009 and this, without having a legal scheduled air service license in its possession. From this report, there has been some confusion that Airtime is 1time Airline. 1time Airline is NOT in any way associated nor ever will be associated with Airtime Airline.

1time Airline would like to announce that it is not Airtime Airline and further stresses that 1time Airline has never had any connection to or been affiliated with Airtime Airline. Chief Executive Officer, Rodney James assures the flying public: “1time Airline has been in existence for almost five years and has carried over 5 million passengers around South Africa safely between the 7 destinations we fly to. These passengers have shown their service satisfaction of 1time through us been awarded 18 accolades of service excellence within the airport environment through ACSA’s feather awards.” He further assures that 1time will be flying its red aircraft in South African skies for years to come.”
