Since the 200K she is supposed to receive is public money then do the public not have the right to expect an appeal, given all the evidence available to suggest she is pulling a fast one?
The decision to appeal should not be left with the service, (any service), it should be taken by someone who is aware of where the money has to come from and whose job it is to protect that money - am I wrong?
