Flybe Q400
Well crewed for F/Os at present, remember as aircraft are being delivered,
E145 aircraft are being retired. Q400 TR courses still running mainly for DEC and E145 crews. I believe the few new F/Os are from the Flybe mentored schemes only.
DECs still required for Q400 although from what I hear plenty of applications for those seats. Captains still working harder than F/Os at some bases.
Most if not all of E145 conversions onto Dash will be finished by mid year 09. Very few retirements at present as you can expect.
Maybe recruitment will open in next few months keep an eye out and make sure you can at least meet the minimum requirements.
