woltgreat, I presume that the company will still take freshie CPLs (unless geeup's got it right about APNG coming in to run the show- things may be different if that were to happen).
Air law exam (and thus license conversion) was paid for by the company; the exam was conducted by the Solomons Civil Aviation department. Pretty easy actually!
There is generally a pretty high turnover in the company, more so with F/Os. Throw your hat in the ring and see how you go!
