Give Peel their due , they have spent a considerable amount of money recently. I don't know what the running costs are for the airport but they can't even be close to running at a profit with the scarcity of traffic so they must be pumping in money every month just to keep it going.
There does not seem to be any chance of development for housing for the next 10yrs and about the same for business units so what exactly are they getting out of it.?
Is there a master plan that I am missing?.
