Not sure if anyone from Atlantic was on the interviewing board, but as with most of the Atlantic group, if they feel you won't 'fit in', you won't get in, regardless of how well you do in the other parts of the assessment.
I know that it will sound really easy to say that now that I've been dumped. But that's exactly the felling I have.... I mean, why else could they have sent two people from Atlantic just to "meet us", on the first day?
And that's why, I wont re-apply (as they invite to do in the letter) in six month.
