Had my stage 2 on the 8th Jan and as of yesterday morning I hadn't received my results.
Last Monday I rang HR and asked how long the results would take and was told it would be at least 15 working days. However, one of the guys who took the assessment on the same day had received his.
So yesterday under the premise of requesting an expenses claim form I gave HR a ring again and also mentioned my results. This time the lady was suprised and told me I should have received them within a few days and that I would receive an e-mail that afternoon.
Within 30 minutes I had received the results (positive I may add
) and also a phone call to apologise. I was told that I was showing on their system as passing but just not been informed as an oversight!
