Krusty, while you are technically correct, it isn't written anywhere in the EBA or any other place, and because of it, it is available, or not, at managements discretion. It has been very helpful for a couple of the guys with serious illnesses, who have returned to work. It is one of the things this management should be congratulated for.
However, I don't know if in the present conditions you would be so lucky............
