Seems a shame that as thought that previously the descision was made on "skills shown" etc.
Haven't seen many decisions at the college being taken on the basis of skills shown. It's more of a random lottery all round !
So can I check what happens following validation?

In theory. But the timescale is not specified. Few years if lucky. And it's more likely that if you're after a particular location they'll send there someone who failed to validate elsewhere instead !
