Sorry, but you have been badly misinformed about BOH's runway. It's 7451 feet long which is more than ample for the 737's, 757's, A320's and A330's that regularly land, indeed most of the 737's and A320's which Ryanair, ThomsonFly and EasyJet use every day barely use half the runway on landing. I've landed there numerous times and never felt like I've had a hard or bad landing.

In fact the only planes I've seen recently come in hard and fast were the Red Arrows (but to be fair they were also upside down and spraying red smoke at the time....)

With regards to BOH-SVQ routes, sorry but as far as I know, that route has never even been rumoured on here as a possible but it is a RyanAir destination so never say never.
