Given that Air Contractors are Irish/UK based HOW fluent is fluent ? If the rosbif ATR F/O's do a Berlitz course and achieve a reasonable level of conversational French is that enough ( given that briefings, checklists and ATC are allowed in English that only leaves chit chat in French anyway
