Yes looks like it was the Peter I knew and respected as a gentleman and superb pilot. Indeed another one lost, a great loss indeed. He was known for his willingness to do anything to help to make an ATC sequence work; loved by ATC at Darwin for his demanour. He was once advised of an engine fire on departure by Tower and displayed such calmness and composure in managing the situation that the best would be impressed by. Sad evening - RIP mate.
