Not an RJ thing unfortunately, a CARS thing and being enforced strictly. We have another of our brethren that is having no luck with the "Authority' regarding this restriction. I believe the way it is written though is that it is unit specific (taking into account traffic levels complexity etc.) and that's how the Al Ain and RAK young fellah's
could get away with it. I believe there is some Al Ain controllers in this boat at the moment too.
No doubt somebody in the loop will be able to shed more light on the issue as we have a few approaching their new youth!
