DHSS flights

As I understand it, that departure will usually be a dead leg to get the aircraft back to IOM for the second IOM to Chester flight mid-morning, as there will not normally be any patients ready to return to IOM at such an early hour. The reverse happens at the end of the day with a dead leg into Chester.

These dead or empty flights are all factored into the overall arrangements and, presumably, the costs.
