Having read the information on lighting required for CAT II/III approaches, as you say MME does not have this. I can't remember if there are runway centre line lights, if not, then obviously this would add to the cost quite a lot. I presume Peel have put on hold any plans they had of upgrading the apron area and taxi ways, or don't they exist anymore.
