LEJ base,yes but not neccessarily a problem,depends on your personal situation.
Money,above correct again,you will probably start on a low salary,less than k30 but it gets better over time.If you are interested look at it,you can always ask the questions at the interview.
From the inside,you will work with good people,you wont work hard,circa 300 hrs flying a year and you will get to see the cities in europe most people pay to see.
300 hrs/year might not sound great but it is always going the right direction.If nothing else it may in this climate be a good stepping stone.
One thing not mentioned,job security.While nothing is 100% delivering boxes is a neccessity and night freight,while it suffers as everything does tends to be better than other areas in this buisness.(A generality I admit but how many freight operators have gone out of buisness/pax operators).
