What did change, and is part of the factual record, was the Polar MEC Chairman Fell's notification that he intended to have his crews operate Atlas aircraft should Atlas strike. Again, record admitted to by Mr. Fell that we in the public domain shake our heads at. Such honourable men he commanded.
