Emirates have made many changes to working conditions over the years (most of them for the worst) however this one has blown all of the others out of the water. I am sure most of us appreciate the need to help out in these economic times but this new rule does not make one bit of difference to productivity it only serves to alianate the pilot group which if the company are trying to save money is a really bad idea.
