To B VALID a licence must:
Be in date Section IX
Be signed by the holder Section VII
Contain a valid aircraft rating
a) in Section XII and;
b) on the Revalidation page
Contain a valid medical signed by the holder and AME
The FRTOL if held must also be in date Section IX and signed SectionVII
