What can management possibly have to offer that'll bring people back from the desert. I hear the retention contracts basically work out to less than the intial training contract that needed to be signed after training. So... You're worth less to them as a staff member after you have 5 years experience?

said makes sense. It seems to be a long known method of management to keep quiet and "maybe it'll go away." A the end of the day, controllers are going to be looking out for number 1. I wouldn't have waited a year to get an answer
