We spend more than China and the Soviet Union yet are still strapped for basic equipment and troops, we even have to buy everyone elses cast off cr+p just to sustain our forces at the sad to say below operational needs....... Our budget exceeds that of Saudi and India combined so what the **** are they doing with it?
