The NQY closure is bound to have affected ASW badly at the time, because they are by far the biggest operator there. But they managed the situation well, operated all the flights from Plymouth with ground transport provided from Newquay, and importantly didn't enter into a punch-up via the media like Ryanair did at the time. This will have earned them brownie points in the local community, which will be good for them now that things are back to normal.
