Reading the Russian it appears that the aircraft "taking off" was actually on the ground in the vicinity of the runway hold point, presumably preparing for departure, and was struck by an aircraft landing. The flight deck and front end of the aircraft awaiting departure were demolished, from the wing root rearward the structure looks pretty intact.
